Marketing, AI, operations — I see them as three tuning points of one system.

Growth comes from alignment, not isolation.

I turn friction between people and systems into clearer ways of working.

I work across marketing, operations, technology, and people capability—finding what slows progress and making the next move easier to see.

WHO I AM

A cross-functional operator.

My psychology background informs work across marketing, operations, technology, and people capability.

WHAT I WORK ON

I find the friction beneath the symptom.

When growth slows or teams feel disconnected, I look for the break between people, decisions, and systems.

HOW I WORK

Make the unclear actionable.

I connect what looks disconnected, then leave teams with a way of working they can continue.

02 / Capabilities

Organizations don't lack tools. They lack the ability to bridge marketing, CRM, operations, and AI.

The six below are how I've been bridging them in the roles shown on this page.

    Growth Strategy

The old playbook — hype, SMS blasts, influencer views — wasn't the problem; the aim was. The bottleneck wasn't the traffic entry; it was the hesitation right before the register action.

    THE PROBLEM

A group retailer with an established annual members' drive — yet sign-ups had plateaued at ~270 per event while marketing budgets kept rising. I joined Midas Merge as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, and the Members' Day 2025 event landed in my third month.

    THE INTERVENTION

I re-segmented the target audience from the data and seeded early, then read social feedback almost daily. Across the two event days I stayed on the floor, closing gaps in real time until the store shut.

    THE EFFECT

Registrations rose from 270 to 850 (+215% versus the same two-day event in 2024) — on under RM20K of promotion budget I controlled, against a total event budget more than ten times that.
